The Living Pod is priced from $218,000 + GST.
Price excludes transport, consenting, site-specific works & approval fees.
While we do our best to hold the pricing shown here, our costs are reviewed regularly as material and manufacturing prices continue to rise. Final pricing for your Living Pod is confirmed at the time of your personalised quotation.
This includes your fully designed and built 36m² luxury transportable guest accommodation unit, constructed to Master Builder standard with premium bespoke finishes throughout, and backed by a 10-year Master Builders Guarantee as standard.
Additional costs are site and property specific and will vary. These include consent, delivery and transport, site-specific engineering requirements, and connection to services (power, water, wastewater). We provide a full, transparent quote for your specific site so there are no surprises.
